Ready To Rest Casket Co. has a 30-Day Price Guarantee on all items. This has been created so you can shop with 100% Confidence and the knowledge you will not be overcharged. If you see a lower advertised price (anywhere within The Commonwealth of The Bahamas) or from a local funeral home, we will ask you to bring it to our attention and we will gladly match their price and discount the casket by an additional 5% (proof needs to be provided and price verify).  After you have purchased from us, you have 30 days from the day of purchase to get a price match this does not include our own prices as they can fluctuate with the manufacturers cost for the model. 30 Day Price Guarantee Policy subject to change without notice. All 30-Day Price Matches are subject to our approval.

Jurisdiction and Venue:
You agree that any legal action brought against Ready To Rest Casket Co., will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas. 

Pricing and Payment Methods:
Prices include the merchandise only.  Once an order has been placed: it cannot be changed, or canceled. ANY DEPOSITS OR FUNDS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

The price does not include cemetery setting fees or charges, funeral home charges, sales taxes, rush charges, weekend deliveries, and extra cost options, unless otherwise stated. All orders must be accompanied by payment at the time of the sale. 

Direct deposit or cheques will be accepted. For cheques, please allow up to 3-5 business days for clearance of funds before the order is processed. A fee of $100.00 will be charged on all returned checks.

Insurance policies can be used as payment. 

National Insurance Funeral Benefit can be used as payment.

Returns:
If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us of the incident immediately by sending an e-mail to request@readytorestcaskets.com. Ready To Rest Casket Co., will not accept for return any product that appears to be used, soiled, or in other than original delivery/shipping conditions.  Damaged items returned will be subject to an immediate replacement. Failure to follow our return policy instructions may result in delays or additional charges to be incurred by the customer.
